When we first started making our snacks, it wasn't because we were looking for the next big food or diet trend
It's
because our son, who was 4 years old at the time, was diagnosed with
leukemia and wasn't eating anything. While going through chemo, his
taste profile changed and all he wanted to eat was savory chips and
snacks; junk food with no nutrition. We thought there must be something
better out there, and when we couldn't find it, we made it, by heating
